In accordance with the Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on protection of personal data, the ISOR adheres to the rule of protection of the rights and liberties of individuals with regard to the treatment of their personal data.
The ISOR contains information on individuals such as members, users and others, defined under the Organic Law as people with interest in the ISOR, and this information can only be treated in compliance with this rule and under the current legislation and regulations of the group. The Office of the Secretary General and the Commissioner for Information Society are responsible for determining the purpose and use of all personal data held by the ISOR.
