Paper – “Temor y temblor. Los simbolismos del miedo en la cultura pentecostal chilena”

Ilu Revista de Ciencias de las Religiones, is a scientific publication aimed at the multidisciplinary study of religious fact edited by the Complutense University of Madrid. Wilson Muñoz, PhD candidate at EHESS and ISOR member, has published, together with other researchers, an article in the latest issue entitled: “Temor y temblor. Los simbolismos del miedo en la cultura pentecostal chilena”. Using the essay format, the authors analyze the symbolism of fear in Pentecostalism, underlining that its polysemic and paradoxical capacity would allow it to operate as a highly dissuasive vehicle in the Pentecostal culture.
